Before you write
- Conversion problems are usually about the source recording. A clear, isolated melody works best; see the about page for what the converter handles well.
- Tell us the browser and operating system you used, and the format of the audio file.
- Never attach an audio file. We cannot debug a recording we cannot hear, and there is no need for it — nothing is processed on our side.
Response time
This is a small free tool. We read everything that arrives, but we cannot promise a reply time.
